1:1 Sessions

Private sessions are the most impactful way to address your unique needs, concerns and history. With focused work together, we explore the ways your body needs and enjoys to move - tailoring each session to how you feel in the moment. 

Private Groups

Great for special occasions - think birthday, bachelorette, celebrations. Get a few of your favourite people in one room to move together and witness the palpable result of a connected group in mind, body and soul. 

Corporate

Whether it’s one-off or a series of weekly sessions, all-levels yoga, Pilates and/or meditation helps to combat burnout and stress, making these sessions beneficial for absolutely everyone in the workplace.

MOVEMENT ON-DEMAND

Life is busy. It’s not always possible to get to a studio and sometimes we just need to be led. As co-owner of THETA Movement (a Toronto-born movement studio), I invite you to browse our vast library of on-demand classes from yoga, Pilates, strength, HIIT and meditation to find the perfect option for what you need moment to moment.

You don't need fancy props or expensive athletic wear to move your body or to deepen your spiritual practice. Most of the grounding tools I use are free! I've compiled a few free resources for you like playlists, podcasts and journaling prompts, as well as some additional self-care tools, books and products that have helped me feel more aligned, connected and confident.
