I believe that the best kind of exercise is the kind that you enjoy. You should feel good during and after your movement practice, and not dreading your workout time or feeling depleted afterwards. Whether we’re working together on an ongoing basis or a one-off, my goal is always to create an experience that is approachable, impactful and enjoyable for you.
Best for those with busy schedules, those with an hour to spare during school hours, those whom have specific physical needs and/or injuries.
Investment:
In person at your location: $100/session or $750 for 8 sessions
Virtually: $85/session or $650 for 8 sessions
Suggested commitment:
1x a week for a minimum of 8 weeks
Booking are subject to availability and distance. All in-person sessions must be within Prince Edward County.
Best for those who want to book a personalized yoga, mat Pilates or meditation session for your group to include some mindful movement to your time together. Together we’ll decide the best style of movement for your group’s dynamic.
Investment:
In person at your location: Minimum $200 up to 8 people
Additional attendees: $25 per person
Booking are subject to availability and distance. All in-person sessions must be within Prince Edward County.
Best for those wanting to promote healthy practices for their employees while supporting structured and impactful wellness breaks. Setting these sessions up for your office so all they need to do is show up is such a beautiful way to show you care, and it gives everyone the opportunity to care for themselves.
Together we will decide what type of sessions—whether it be gentle yoga, Pilates or meditation—will be best for your group based on current needs, stressors or events.
Investment:
$100 per 30 minute session or $200 per 1 hour session
Suggested commitment:
1x a week for 4 weeks
Virtual sessions recommended, especially for remote employees.
