Your workouts shouldn’t leave you feeling burnt out, depleted, or bad about yourself. They should energize, educate and empower you to feel more confident in all areas of your life.

I wholeheartedly believe that with a ritual of intentional movement, breath and mindfulness practices, we begin to build ourselves a solid foundation of trust and resilience… Proving to yourself that you’re not only worthy of rock steady support, but that you’ve got your own back. 

By creating thoughtfully guided practices, my purpose is to help you feel more safe, more grounded and more at home, wherever you are.

What if I’ve never done yoga or Pilates before?

This practice is for everyone and you’re so welcome here! Start with our beginners guide to get a sense of what this type of moment - and my approach to teaching it - is all about.

Can I do these classes if I’m pregnant/postpartum?

Absolutely. There are classes in the library you can do throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Not every class is prenatal friendly, but the one that are can be found in the Pre/postnatal Friendly Classes category. As always, consult your team of professionals before doing any new movements and adjust so that you and baby are comfortable. 

You talk a lot about nervous system regulation - what's that all about?

Nervous system regulation is the body’s ability to manage stress and return to a state of calm (rest and digest), rather than staying stuck in a high-stress state (fight, flight, or freeze). When regulated, your body feels safe, you can think clearly, you can connect with others and stay present, even when under minor stress. This is a place where you can build physical strength and mental resilience without dysregulating your nervous system.

What’s the difference between live classes and on-demand?

Live classes happen live and together over zoom! This is a fun way to feel part of the community, and gives you more accountability to show up on a certain day at a certain time. On-demand classes are available for you to do any day and any time you’d like.

Do I still need to register for live classes with a membership?

Yes! Live classes are included in your membership, but to attend the live class you still need to pre-register to receive the Zoom link.

What can I register for with my 10-pack of classes?

You can register for the live zoom classes that happen every Friday morning at 9am. If you’re registered, you’ll receive the recording after class.

You can also use your pack to rent any of the on-demand classes in the Recently Added category, for 48 hours.

Can I cancel my membership?

With a monthly membership, you can cancel and re-subscribe at any time. With a yearly membership you can cancel before your year is up to avoid having your annual membership renewed.
