Absolutely. There are classes in the library you can do throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Not every class is prenatal friendly, but the one that are can be found in the Pre/postnatal Friendly Classes category. As always, consult your team of professionals before doing any new movements and adjust so that you and baby are comfortable.
Nervous system regulation is the body’s ability to manage stress and return to a state of calm (rest and digest), rather than staying stuck in a high-stress state (fight, flight, or freeze). When regulated, your body feels safe, you can think clearly, you can connect with others and stay present, even when under minor stress. This is a place where you can build physical strength and mental resilience without dysregulating your nervous system.
Live classes happen live and together over zoom! This is a fun way to feel part of the community, and gives you more accountability to show up on a certain day at a certain time. On-demand classes are available for you to do any day and any time you’d like.
Yes! Live classes are included in your membership, but to attend the live class you still need to pre-register to receive the Zoom link.
You can register for the live zoom classes that happen every Friday morning at 9am. If you’re registered, you’ll receive the recording after class.
You can also use your pack to rent any of the on-demand classes in the Recently Added category, for 48 hours.
With a monthly membership, you can cancel and re-subscribe at any time. With a yearly membership you can cancel before your year is up to avoid having your annual membership renewed.
